this was originally published as “The Story of Xmas Coal” but I’ve always hated that title. With all the controversy in 2018 surrounding the song “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” I thought it would be funny to change the name of this issue. I do not promise I won’t change it again sometime later in the future.
